I ran into a sync issue and honestly — I was kind of stuck. I sent a message to support and they replied fast, without making me go through a long back-and-forth.
They looked over my setup, spotted what I had missed, and explained it in simple words, which I appreciated. My English isn’t perfect either, but they understood me and got it fixed. Really good support.

I was kind of expecting setup to be a hassle, but it was actually really quick. The onboarding was clear, everything made sense, and I never hit one of those frustrating moments where you’re stuck wondering what to do next. Definitely a relief after giving it a try.

Been using easync for auto orders and it’s been solid. Hardly ever misses, and saves me from checking things all day. Had one small delay once, but overall been really reliable.

Overall, the marketplace connection has been good and the sync does work. I did run into a few small hiccups here and there, though I can’t remember if they happened right after setup or a few days later. Nothing major, just a little confusing at times, but it’s been working fine for the most part.

"Orders go through, though the timing can be a bit uneven"
I used easync.io for some order fulfillment, it was mostly fine. A few orders went out quickly, so at first I thought maybe I was just overthinking the ones that felt slower.
That said, a couple did take longer than I expected, and I found myself checking on them more than I’d like. Maybe my expectations were a little high, but it didn’t feel totally consistent. Not a bad service overall, just one I’d like more if the slower orders moved along faster.

So far, this has had pretty much all the features I needed and it’s been working fine for me. I’d be curious if others are using it the same way, but personally I haven’t had any issues.

I’ve been using easync.io it’s made keeping my inventory updated a lot less annoying. Stock changes showed up quickly, so I wasn’t stuck refreshing listings all day like a maniac. There was one small delay at one point, which was a little frustrating. But seriously, what a relief not having to babysit everything constantly. Overall, it’s made the whole process way easier.

I’ve been using easync.io for a while now, and it just works. I haven’t had any random crashes or strange sync issues, which is a relief. Even the receipts and email updates come through clearly, so I never feel like I’m guessing what’s going on. Overall, it’s been really stable day to day and easy to trust.

"Price tracking's been really solid"
I've been using easync.io for a little while now and the price monitoring has been spot on tbh. I double checked a few products myself and it matched almost every time. It saves me from noticing price changes too late, which is kinda the main thing I needed. The dashboard isnt the prettiest maybe, but the prices update right and thats what matters to me.

The account safety seems solid overall. I haven’t had any real issues, which is great, but every now and then I still catch myself dramatically assuming my whole account is about to be hacked because I got one weird notification. So yeah, mostly safe, just with a tiny bit of unnecessary panic on my end.

I’ve been using easync.io for a little while now, and the billing has been straightforward overall. The prices and renewal dates were easy enough to find, and as far as I can tell, I haven’t been hit with any random extra charges or anything like that.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I feel like the invoice details could maybe be a bit easier to read at a quick glance. It wasn’t a big deal, though — it just took me a minute to figure out what I was looking at

I started using easync.io a few months ago, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like a rescue mission for my store. Easync’s pricing feels fair. It’s not the cheapest, but it saves me enough time that I don’t really mind. A few things could be a bit smoother, but overall it’s good value.

It was easy to figure out and didn’t give me any trouble. I got the hang of it faster than I expected, so I’d say it’s worth considering if you want something simple to use.

"Supplier setup was surprisingly easy"
I got the suppliers connected without much hassle, which was a relief. I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying setup things that eats half the afternoon, like when you try to connect a printer and suddenly your whole day is gone. But this went smoothly overall, and everything seemed to link up the way it was supposed to.
